Dear Reader,

We are thrilled to have put together such a brilliant team of authors for this edition. centered on spinal deformity, congenital abnormalities, and pediatric oncology. It is well knowledge that despite improvements in treatment over the past few decades, patients with pediatric solid tumors still present challenges. We offer Algerian experiences for a few reliable pediatric tumors. Along with case studies on skeletal dysplasias, different syndromes that affect the spine, postnatal maturation of the growing spine, congenital anomalies, and an overview of spinal deformity, we often include research on congenital malformations. We sincerely hope you enjoy and learn from reading these wonderful contributions as much as we liked assembling them.

Our goal is to provide a channel for presenting the scientific research projects carried out by Algerian neurosurgeons, introducing them to the global community of academic researchers, exchanging and disseminating our findings, and, last but not least, expanding the knowledge boundaries.
